| News and Announcements - Richard Dove earns SMS certification |

|
Rehab Marketing is pleased to share with you that Richard Dove has recently earned the Seating & Mobility Specialist (SMS) certification, administered by the Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America (RESNA), the nation’s leading organization that serves people with disabilities seeking technology to maximize their health and well-being, and the Professional Standards Board (PSB).
Richard’s certification is consistent with the goal of Rehab Marketing to provide superior representation in the rehab industry. This specialty credential is a way for rehabilitation engineers, therapists and suppliers who have dedicated their practices and education to the specialty area of seating and mobility to differentiate themselves.
Having previously earned the RESNA Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) certification and having extensive direct seating and mobility experience, Richard was eligible to take the standardized 165-question computerized SMS certification test. This exam is designed to test candidates’ ability to use knowledge required in daily practice and includes case studies, videos and photographs. You can learn more about the SMS certification at www.RESNA.org |
